About Sacratissimum

A Catholic House For A Sacred Life

The world is moving quickly.

New ideas replace old ones.
Noise replaces silence.
Distraction replaces attention.
And what was once understood as sacred can slowly be forgotten.

SACRATISSIMUM exists because we believe something precious is worth remembering.

Something worth receiving.
Something worth living.
Something worth preserving.
Something worth passing on.

What Is Sacratissimum

SACRATISSIMUM is a Catholic House for Faith, Tradition, Beauty and Purpose.

It is a place to learn the Faith, deepen prayer, discover the wisdom of Catholic tradition, build a Catholic life, and walk with others who believe that something sacred is worth preserving.

We bring together formation, prayer, Catholic life, culture, community and beautiful things under one roof.

Not because the Catholic Faith needs to be reinvented.

But because it needs to be received, understood, lived and transmitted.

The House

A house is more than a building.

It is a place where something is received.

Where people learn.

Where traditions are practiced.

Where stories are remembered.

Where children are formed.

Where beauty has a place.

Where generations meet.

That is what we mean by The House.

SACRATISSIMUM is a place to return to the things that matter.

Receive. Live. Preserve. Transmit.

We believe the Faith is an inheritance.

We did not create it.

We received it.

Our responsibility is to live it faithfully, preserve what has been entrusted to us, and help pass it on to those who come after us.

This is the heart of Guardians of the Sacred.

A House, Not A Substitute

SACRATISSIMUM is a lay Catholic initiative.

We are not a parish, a diocese or a substitute for the Church, the Sacraments or the pastoral care of a priest.

Our purpose is to serve the Faith by helping people learn, pray, live and preserve what they have received — and encouraging them to live that Faith in their families, parishes, workplaces and communities.

RETURN TO THE SACRED.

There is nothing new about what we are seeking.

The prayers are ancient. The wisdom is perennial.

The Faith has been handed down through generations.

Our invitation is simple:

Receive what has been handed down.

Live it faithfully.

Preserve what is worth keeping.

Transmit it to those who come after.
